The Circle shipping process

Below is a list of preffered shipping providers, we will happlily work with another provider of your choice. *Please note: your invoice must be paid prior to sceduling shipping.
Obtain a quote, Pay your provider, and schedule pick up
Most often providers will email you a quote or take your payment over the telephone.
Fill out our Shipping / Release authorization form
We use this form to make sure your items(s) end up in the right hands. We won’t release your item to an unauthorized party.
While we do not ship in house it is our goal to make the process of buying with us as simple as possible. When buying with Circle it is the responsibility of the buyer to coordinate the packing and shipping of any purchased items. Preferred PAck and Ship Provider
Pack and ship service is best for medium to small packages. While pack and ship services can handle just about anything they are sometimes more expensive for larger items, however, items often arrive more quickly than with a blanket shipper. Just as with blanket shipping the cost is determined by the size, weight, and distance of the shipment. Payment is required in advance.
This is the only method for international shipments.
One note on Pack and Ship services. With the UPS store your purchase is covered by their Pack and Ship Guarantee
The Ups Store – Bob Shulman (Owner)
After each auction the UPS store will schedule a Pickup from Circle. Typically this takes place 5-10 days after the auction closes. The UPS store will retrieve your items from us at no charge and ship them to you with your preferred method.
Preferred Blanket Shippers
This service is best for mid-sized to large furniture and objects. Blanket wrap shipping is a ground shipping service and only available within the contiguous United States.
Blanket Shippers wrap your items individually to protect them during shipping. This service delivers the piece(s) directly to your final destination. The cost of blanket shipping is determined by the size, weight, and distance to your location.
Premier is a great provider for transferring large items. This service is economical, but shipping times may be longer than some other options.

Roadie is a peer to peer shipping service. A driver in route to your city will pick up and deliver your item. Roadie is often economical, however, takes more time.
Roadie quotes are availble 24/7, however, they are all online. Once you create a quote request it may take up to 48 hours for a driver to accept your shipment. If your item requires blanket wrap please note that on your quote request.
Ship Smart is great for large items such as Bronzes, Furniture, Large Art, or Statues. Ship smart will pack, crate, or wrap your item(s) as needed.
Arta is best for major works of Art and Furniture of very high value. They provide white glove service.
Other Options to receive your item(s)
Local Delivery by Circle
Circle offers local delivery of your items for $40* per object within a 50 mile radius. Typically local deliveries are made on a single day within 10 days of the auction close. All invoices must be paid within 3 days of the auction in order to take advantage of local delivery. If you would like us to deliver your item please complete our Local Delivery Form. We will send you an invoice for your delivery, and contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please allow a two-hour window for delivery, an adult over the age of 18 must be present during the delivery and items will not be released to anyone not listed on the Shipping release form.

*We are currently offering free local delivery within 50 miles of our corporate office in the west bottoms.
Our corporate office is located in the West Bottoms just under highway 169. You are welcome to pick up your item from us at no charge to you. If you intend on picking up your item(s) please fill out our pick up form and we will be in touch with pickup dates and times. Local pickups are typically available 3 business days after the sale between the hours of 10am and 5pm. If you are picking up the item it must be picked up within 15 days of the auction close.
